B. Controller vs. Processor

  • Daydream Studio LLC as Controller - We act as the Data Controller for your direct account information (name, email, billing details) and game telemetry data.
  • Daydream Studio LLC as Processor - For our Daydream Host clients, regarding the content you host on our servers (e.g., game saves, databases, files), you are the Data Controller, and Daydream Studio LLC is the Data Processor. We have no knowledge of, or access to, the specific personal data you may store on your VPS or Dedicated Server. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with GDPR regarding third-party data you collect.

C. International Transfers

Daydream Studio LLC is located in the United States (Wyoming). By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on the necessity of this transfer for the performance of the contract between you and Daydream Studio LLC.
